Kathy McMillan, Owner

Kathy has been involved in all facets of the veterinary profession since 1999 and she has loved every minute of it. A native Tucsonian, animals have always been a part of her life. While growing up, her parents built and ran a horse boarding facility hosting all kinds of events in Tucson. At the age of 14, the family moved to a farm near Benson where they cared for a variety of animals. This accumulation of experience has lead to a great appreciation for animal care and handling. In her spare time she cares for her own animals and participates in various equine activities. Her favorite of these is competing at Ranch Sorting. She appreciates the opportunity to serve owners and their pets. The goal is ensuring they each get the excellent service they deserve.

Jennifer, Office Manager

A Tucson native, she grew up spending her summers in Texas on her grandparents' farm. She and her husband Cordale have two married daughters and four grandchildren. They are proud owners of several animals including dogs, cats, chickens, mules, a horse, and a cow or pig now and then. She started her administration and customer service career working in the dental field then moved on to IBM. With 30 years experience, she came to MVAC in 2002 as the third employee. "Being a part of this company's growth and development is exciting and I have enjoyed working here". Jennifer's goal is to continue to provide the most positive environment our clients deserve.
