We value our clients' experience at Mountain View Animal Clinic. If your pet or animal is currently a patient, please feel free to complete the following Client Experience Questionnaire. The Questionnaire is in Adobe Acrobat format, and requires the free Acrobat Reader to view.

Pegg Derrow writes:

Mountain View Animal Clinic should be considered for the " Small Business of the Year Award" because "They Don't Give UP!"  They don't give up on the notion that their patients come first and each deserves the best Mountain view has to offer!  An Example of this trait would be the animal requiring time beyond the allotted appointment schedule gets that needed time! I have experienced far less client consciousness from other businesses whose clientele are human;  I'm accustomed to more of a cattle call mentality. That which sets Mountain View Animal Clinic head and shoulders above the rest is their demonstration of humanity at every step.

Thank You very much Pegg Derrow, we are happy to a part of your pets family.

Kim Rego Great team that we entrusted the care of our special furbaby...the care and compassion that was extended was invaluable, especially towards the end.
We trust the team and when time again mountain view will be our choice.

Edie Cooley Awesome....it's my weekly social life LOL

5 Star Review    If you have animals that you consider as not just pets, but as family members, like we do ours, Mountain View Animal Clinic is the place you want to take them
for their healthcare needs. Mountain View Animal Clinic is owned and operated
my Dr. Randy McMillan.  He takes great pride in his clinic and sets and lives
up to a high standard of care and continues to increase that standard with
new diagnostic tools (i.e. ultrasound technology) and treatment tools
(i.e. laser technology).  In the spirit of his high standard, Dr. McMillan
is also extremely careful to employ a resourceful, compassionate and professional
staff and it shows. The entire staff at MVAC is a delight.
They take the time to get to know you and to coordinate your healthcare goals
for your pet with their high standard of care.

Nate Curley  5 starJust took one of our dogs in and the entire team was great. It was the end of the day the Dr. & the staff did not rush us out of the office and they answered all of my questions. We will be making MVAC our vet for all of our pets.

Thank You Nate for the kind words!

Beth Carrillo  5 starSimply stated: the entire team at Mountain View gives great advice, expert care, a gentle hand and reasonable pricing.
5 starThank you Dr. McMillian, you are a truly caring vet and excellent and friendly staff !.
5 starI absolutely love Mountain View Animal Clinic. The staff and vets are wonderful with animals and truly care about their health and well being. The laser treatment introduced by Dr. McMillan has done wonders for my cat, Acadia, who suffers from a bit of arthritis in her hip. I always feel that the veterinarians at Mountain View truly want the best treatment options for animals; they don't simply push pills and medicines. In all my years of taking my pets to vets both on the East Coast and here, I can honestly say I am very pleased with Mountain View and highly recommend the clinic to others.
5 starThe docs, techs, and front staff are very helpful. We trust the care of our furbabies to the whole team
